What is a Connection Call?
A Connection Call is a relaxed, obligation-free chat where we get to know each other and explore whether working together feels like the right fit. It’s a chance for you to share what’s been going on for you, ask any questions about my approach, and see how naturopathic care might support your health goals. Think of it as a gentle first step—no pressure, just a space to connect.
Initial Naturopathic Consultation
$200 (1 hour)
What’s involved?
During your initial consultation, we take the time to truly understand you — not just your symptoms. This is a 360° look at your health story: your physical wellbeing, emotional landscape, daily routines, and lifestyle factors that may be impacting your vitality.
We’ll explore your current concerns in depth and connect the dots between what’s happening in your body and how you feel day-to-day. You’ll gain clear insight into the why behind your symptoms, along with a holistic treatment plan that’s completely tailored to your needs.
Your plan may include a blend of herbal medicine, nutritional guidance, lifestyle recommendations, and functional testing (where appropriate) — all designed to help you feel grounded, balanced, and back in flow with your body.

• In-depth discussion about connected body systems
• Review of personal & family health history
• Medication safety review
• Lifestyle review
• Establishment of health goals
• Individually tailored treatment plan
• Prescription (if applicable to presentation).

Extended Return Naturopathic Consultation
$150 (1 hour)
What’s involved?
This session allows us to dig deeper into your results – whether from functional testing, symptom tracking, or your own reflections – and evolve your plan as your body begins to rebalance and respond. You’ll receive updated recommendations, extra education, and the ongoing support you need to stay motivated and aligned with your health goals.
Includes:
• Deeper exploration of presenting health concerns
• Review of pathology testing / functional testing
• Medication safety review
• Lifestyle review
• Readjustment of health goals as needed
• Adjustments to treatment plan as needed
• Prescription (if applicable).

Return Naturopathic Consultation
$130 (45 minutes)
What’s involved?
Your return consultation is designed to provide ongoing guidance, accountability, and care as you continue your naturopathic journey. Together, we’ll check in on your progress, address any new concerns, and adjust your plan to reflect your body’s current needs.
These sessions are an opportunity to celebrate your wins, troubleshoot challenges, and keep refining your treatment so that you continue moving toward balance and vitality – at a pace that feels sustainable for you. Whether it’s fine-tuning supplements, updating dietary or lifestyle strategies, or exploring new layers of healing, this is your space for consistent, personalised support.
