Can I claim a Medicare or Private Health Rebate?


Unfortunately, no Medicare rebates are available for our services.

Private Health rebates are subject to change, please check with your health fund directly.

Do you see children?


At this stage in time my books are not open to see children, I can accommodate clients aged 14+ years of age.

What can I expect in my initial consultation?


+ Meet & greet, introduction to naturopathy, and a little bit of housekeeping.
+ Comprehensive assessment of your primary health concerns.
+ In-depth review of dietary habits, lifestyle patterns, and health goals.
+ Development of a personalised treatment plan with tailored recommendations and prescriptions.

(Please note prescriptions may not be provided at initial consultations; prescriptions are not included in consultation fees).

What can naturopaths provide support for?

How long do appointments go for?


Please allow 60-70 minutes for initial consultations and 45-55 minutes for return consultations.

What is your cancellation policy?



A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

A fee equal to 50% of the consultation fee will be charge for all late cancellations or non-attendance.

Do you take Cash?



Unfortunately, we are not able to accept cash payments. Debit card or credit card payments are accepted.

Do you communicate with my GP?



Naturopaths strive to collaborate with GP’s to provide comprehensive care, combining the strengths of natural medicine and conventional medicine for the best client outcomes.

This collaborative approach allows naturopaths and GPs to share insights, align treatment strategies, and ensure that clients receive well-rounded, safe, and effective care.

With your given consent, opening clear lines of communication between your naturopath and GP, can help to achieve the best outcomes for your overall care.
